As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail. Here you will also find the link to track your shipment. Under this link you can track your package from anywhere.

At bestecke.de there is no minimum order value. The delivery is free of charge from 40€ order value.

Returns

How can I return goods?

Send an e-mail with your request to info@bestecke.de. You will then receive a return label from us by e-mail. You then print it out, stick it onto the securely closed package and hand it over to DHL. Please keep the tracking number until we have confirmed the receipt of the shipment.

In which period can I return goods?

You can return ordered goods within 30 days.

What does the return of goods cost?

The return of goods is free of charge.

Silver plating

What is the degree of silver plating for silver-plated cutlery?

The silver plated cutlery at bestecke.de is provided with a silver plating degree of 100g. The finishing is applied by a dipping process and is an additional layer on the cutlery pieces.

What are the characteristics of silver cutlery?

Silver is supposed to be particularly heat conductive and antiseptic.
